Product: M55

I have had this earbud for years and it has always worked well. I hadn't used it for a while so charged it fully yesterday. When I turned it on, it behaved normally but with barely audible volume. I was able to change the volume normally with the side switch but even on maximal volume it was so low and tinny to be unusable. The unit is worthless unless I can figure out a way to get it back to the way it was.

 

Any suggestions appreciated.

Hello pommehomme, welcome to the HP Poly community.
I am sorry to inform you that the Plantronics M55 is end of life and end of support, hence the manufacturing of the device has been discontinued.
