Hello,

I have the Voyager 5200 and when I connect the headset with bluetooth to my PC, the audio quality is good when I listen to music.

Now when I use the BT600 USB, it is flashing blue and I got a poor audio quality when I listen to music.

I already disabled the Intel smart Sound Technology for USB audio device and restart my computer:

In the plantronics hub I see that:

BT600 - v.2120

voyager 5200 - v513

Laptop: Dell Latitude 5521

processor: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11850H @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz

What can I do to solve this?

Hello, welcome to the HP Poly community.
Could you please follow a few troubleshooting steps and let us know if the issue still persists?
1. Set headset as default audio source in device settings - iOS call audio routing.
2. Configure volume levels on both headset system and device.
3. Forget the device and repair the headset.
4. Disable smart sensors in headset settings and test.
5. Test Headset with Another Device or any other android device.
6. Verify the firmware version in the headset is up to date.

Thanks for your reply.

Did you notice I am on my PC and have the issue with BT600 usb? With bluetooth normal the sound is good, also when I connect it to my phone.

I used your suggestions, only for the smart sensors I do not know how disable them?

Please follow the steps below to reset and disable the sensors.
Reset sensors:
 • Wearing the headset, tap the Call button to test sensors. A talk time voice alert means sensors are working. A tone or lack of voice prompts means sensors need to be reset.
• To reset the sensors, power on the headset, connect the headset to a USB cable and plug the cable into your computer's USB port or an AC wall adapter (not included). Then place the headset on a flat, non-metallic surface for more than 10 seconds.
Disable sensors:
• You can disable your headset smart sensors in Poly Lens App or by using a button press while your headset is idle. Simultaneously press and hold the Call and Mute buttons for 5 seconds. You hear "smart sensors off."
