Hi @Tariqul2025, Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.

I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing with the Voyager Surround 80 headset. I understand how crucial it is to have your headset functioning properly, and I truly appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this.

To help address the issue, could you please follow these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Verify and update the headset firmware using the Poly Lens application on your PC.
  2. Ensure the headset is set as the default audio device on both your PC and softphone.
  3. Disable or reset the headset's wearing sensors through the Poly Lens application.
  4. Perform a reset of the headset using the Poly Lens application.

If the issue still persists, I would request you contact our HP Support, and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link.
