It would be good if the Poly V5200 had auto bluetooth off when placed either in the holder (lid closed), an also when packed inside the case. Should be able to be done with existing software?

In its current state it can be packed away, but still connected to the phone, which can be frustrating.

Hi @AFA65, Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.

Thank you for reaching out. I understand your concern regarding the Poly V5200 staying connected to Bluetooth when placed in the holder (with the lid closed) or packed inside the case. Currently, the headset will only disconnect when powered off. We truly appreciate your feedback, and I will ensure it is taken into consideration for future updates.

In the meantime, I kindly recommend verifying that the headset’s sensors are enabled. Additionally, resetting the headset sensors may help with disconnecting the headset when it is not in use.

Thank you. Can you please send me information on how to adjust the sensors. Are you saying the auto off Bluetooth, when parked,  is already installed, if the sensors are adjusted?

Thank you for your response @AFA65

The headset-wearing sensors can be disabled, enabled, or reset using the Poly Lens application under the Device Settings. To adjust these settings, navigate to Sensors and Presence > Wearing Sensors.

Outside of Poly Lens, you can manually reset or disable the wearing sensors. Below is the link with a step-by-step guide on how to reset or disable the wearing sensors:
