I upgrade from older legend model paying an expensive price only to find out that is not working across multiple devices when all connected.

My PC is connected via BT700

Hello @zolfi, Welcome to the HP Poly Support Community.

Thank you for posting in the Poly Community regarding the Poly Voyager Legend 50.

We understand your concern, especially when upgrading to a newer headset and expecting a seamless multi-device experience.

To better understand the behavior of your Poly Voyager Legend 50 when connected to multiple devices, could you please provide a few additional details:

  • What is the second device connected to the headset (mobile phone, tablet, another PC, etc.)?
  • Is the headset paired directly to the second device, or through another BT700 adapter?
  • What exactly happens when both devices are connected?
  • What firmware version is currently installed on the Voyager Legend 50 and the BT700 adapter? (This can be checked in the Poly Studio App
HP Poly Lens App – Manage Your Devices and Improve Communication with Ease | HP® India

The Voyager Legend 50 supports multipoint connectivity, but the behavior can vary depending on the connected devices, connection method, and firmware versions.

Once we have the above information, we'll be happy to investigate further and provide the appropriate next steps.

Have a great day!

I'm an HP Employee.
