Hi @Greg0 Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.

I’m truly sorry to hear that you're facing issues with your headphones not connecting to the BT700. I understand how important this must be, and I appreciate your patience. Please follow the troubleshooting steps below and test the headset on the BT700:

Update Bluetooth Drivers

  • Ensure the Bluetooth drivers on your Mac and Windows devices are up to date. Outdated drivers can cause connectivity issues.

Verify and Update Headset Firmware

  • Connect the headset to your PC via USB cable and use the Poly Lens application to verify and update the headset firmware. Outdated firmware can sometimes cause connection issues.

Test with Another Device

  • If possible, try pairing the headphones with a different device (like a phone or tablet) to check if the issue is specific to your Mac or Windows device.

Reset Headset Using Poly Lens Application

  • Since you're unable to perform the factory reset via mobile, connect the headset to your PC via USB cable and reset it through the Poly Lens application. This should restore the headset to its default settings.

If the issue still persists, I would request you contact our HP Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link.

Thank you for the AI-generated response, but this is not helpful at all.
> Update Bluetooth Drivers
`How is it supposed to update Bluetooth drivers on Mac? They are integrated into the system, which is up to date`
`Also the issue is not Bluetooth connectivity this still works BT700 don't connect to headphones`
Verify and Update Headset Firmware
`Firmware is up to date 233.844.0.5048`
> Test with Another Device
`As I mentioned, this does not work on the four computers I have: two with macOS and two with Windows. It does not work on any of them`
>Reset Headset Using Poly Lens Application
`As I mentioned, I already do this, and it does not help`

It's funny that I still have my Plantronics Voyager 8200 with BT600, and they've been working without any issues for over 7 years! What's disappointing is that my two-month-old headphones, which were supposed to be an upgrade, have stopped working already

Thank you for your response @Greg0

I’m really sorry to hear that the issue is still persisting. To help us narrow down the cause, could you please try connecting the headset directly to your PC without using the BT700, if your PC has Bluetooth capability? This will help isolate the issue and guide us on the next steps to resolve it. Thank you for your understanding,
