Hello,

 

I have Vogager 4320 series headset, it is bluetooth connected, and shows under bluetooth and sound drivers in windows device manager, it works for 1 hour, then it stops working, even it is charged and has no power issue, I cannot find it in the audio devices, it is lost when the issue happens, so I have to reboot the computer to let me work on it, then after a while it does the same.

 

Any clues on this issue?

I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you’re experiencing with your Voyager 4320 headset. I completely understand how crucial it is to have it working seamlessly, and I appreciate your patience as we work through this.

 

To help resolve the issue, could you please follow the troubleshooting steps outlined below:

 

  1. Verify and update the headset firmware using the Poly Lens application on your PC.
  2. Ensure that the headset is set as the default audio device both on your PC and within your softphone application.
  3. If possible, kindly test the headset on a different PC to help isolate the issue.
  4. Lastly, please perform a reset of the headset using the Poly Lens application.
