Microsoft Windows 11

we have purchased Poly Voyager 4320 headsets. After a very short period of time we are facing with several staff members a microphone issue as it suddenly became very weak and it's not responding at all although we have reseted the headset and made sure the firmware and all the updates were installed and up to date and still the micrphone is not working and till now we are having around 10 headsets with the same micrphone issue as it's not responding or working at all

Hi @fouadashraf930 Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.

I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you're experiencing with your Voyager 4320 headset. I completely understand how crucial it is to have it functioning properly, and I’m here to assist you in resolving the issue.

To help you troubleshoot, please follow these steps:

  1. Update the headset firmware using the Poly Lens application on your PC.
  2. Disable or reset the headset's wearing sensors via the Poly Lens application.
  3. Ensure the headset is set as the default device for both your PC and softphone.
  4. Reset the headset through the Poly Lens application.

If the issue still persists, I would request you contact our HP Support, and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link.

There is no option to

  1. Disable or reset the headset's wearing sensors via the Poly Lens application.

Not in Windows app, neither in IoS app. I raised the ticket I hope they will help. The device is 15 days old and already malfunctioning, turning off microphone in the middle of the call. After that people cannot hear you, and if you move the mike then they hear you badly. Predecessor was one of the best hearphones I had in my life, which I cannot say for this new one - I am quite dissapointed.
