Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

In my department we use several Voyager 4320 connected to the PC via BT dongle for TEAMS calls. We are very happy with the performance and have had no problems so far. However, a few days ago the Voyager 4320s disconnected from BT after a call.

Switching the Voyager 4320 off/on fixes the problem - but it is annoying when answering an incoming call or initiating a new call. The receiving party often cancels the connection because they can't hear anything.

We searched a little for new drivers, but found nothing. As this problem occurs with all devices in our department, it does not appear to be a technical problem with the device itself.

We have come to the conclusion that the problem may be related to the upgrade to the "New TEAMS" version.

Hello @MT-8888, welcome to the HP Poly community.

I am sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with the Poly Voyager 4320 UC.

Could you please follow a few troubleshooting steps mentioned below and let us know if the issue persists?

1. Could you please try the headset with a different mobile phone or a PC?
2. Could you please restore the headset settings to default on the Poly Lens application by connecting the headset to the PC? Once done, please switch off and switch on the headset again to save the changes made.
3. Could you please set the headset as the default in the sound settings of the PC?
4. Could you please try with any other soft phone?
5. Could you please check for any firmware updates on the Poly Lens application when the headset is connected to the PC and update it?

I hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance. If you find the information provided useful or solves your problems, help other users find the solution more easily by giving Kudos/Thumbs Up and marking my post as an Accepted Solution.
