My mic is recording my voice very quietly when I do recordings on my phone or when I perform a Teams test call on my computer. During actual calls, people can not hear me. I have ensured the software (v517.293) is up to date via the Poly Lens app on my phone and also performed a "Restore Defaults" with no change. The headset went from working on one call to its current behavior.

I am sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with the Poly Voyager 5200.
Could you please check with a different PC or a mobile phone to see if the issue still persists?

Yes, I have connected the headset to multiple devices, and the behavior is the same.

Please drain the battery of the headset completely, then charge the headset once again to 100, pair the headset to the PC, and check if the issue is still persisting.

The drain, recharge and pair had no impact. The headset still does not work

It seems like you have tried almost all the troubleshooting, and it looks like the dongle is faulty. I would request that you contact HP Support to get the headset replaced if it is under warranty, and our support engineers should be able to sort this out.
