My Voyager 4320 and Voyager 5200 UC headsets only work intermittently when the call control feature is enabled in 8x8.  The 8x8 support team recommends both headsets but specifically the 5200.

Hi @Skaiser1 Welcome to the Poly HP Support Community.

I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with your Voyager 5200 headset. I understand how important it is for your headset to function properly, especially when it’s part of your daily workflow.

Based on the Plantronics Compatibility Guide, the Voyager 5200 and Voyager 4320 does not currently appear to be listed as compatible with 8x8. You can also double-check this using the link below:

In the meantime, I recommend trying a few basic troubleshooting steps:

  1. Update the headset firmware using the Poly Lens application on your PC.
  2. Ensure the headset is set as the default device on both your PC and softphone.
  3. Perform a headset reset through the Poly Lens app.

If the issue still persists after these steps, I’d suggest reaching out to HP Support. Our support engineers will be able to take a closer look and help resolve the issue. You can reach them through the following link:
