My Poly Voyager 5200 with iphone bluetooth is not working, every time I get complain from other end that my voice is breaking and they can here 60% of what I am speaking. Is Poly really tested for iPhone and works?

I’m sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your Voyager 5200 headset. I understand how essential it is for your headset to function properly, and I truly appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this.
 

To help get things back on track, please follow these troubleshooting steps and test the headset:
 

  1. Update the Firmware: Please verify and update the headset firmware using the Poly Lens application on your PC.
  2. Reset the Sensors: Kindly disable or reset the headset sensors via the Poly Lens application.
  3. Clear Bluetooth History: Clear the Bluetooth history on your phone, remove the headset from your phone's pairing device list, and then re-pair the headset.
  4. Reset the Headset: If the issue persists, please reset the headset using the Poly Lens application on your PC.
