Seems many people have a problem with this and no one can find a possible answer yet. I can't add a product into my profile because the system said all the serial numbers either the voyager UC 60+ case or the earbuds are "invalid" so I'll just put it here. I can't add Mac OS 13.4 that I am using because ofcourse this website is not udated so the newest Mac OS it has is Monterey 12.0 but again this is immaterial since the person that complained before me used Monterey 12.0 and also have the same problem.
 
I explained to HP support the day before and he said give me invoice as it needs to be replaced and since I lost the invoice there is nothing he can do. Desperate as I am on a 300USD headphone I'll post here in case SOMEONE found an answer.
 
Problem: The cursed earbuds mute itself 14 times while I was sitting up straight on my work desk looking at the monitor in a 45 min call. Since I got it, I was never able to fix this and have to unmute myself all throughout the call. 
Application: Google Meet
Platform: Android phone + Macbook
OS : Android 13 + Monterey 13.4
Poly app version: 4.2.1_v3012
Poly Case firmware : 231.591.0.5039
Poly Earbud firmware : 231.591.0.5039
Serial : S/NG9H***
Settings: Factory default (since I just did it) with Sensors & Presence all "OFF" from wearing sensor, Active call audio, Auto Answer, and Auto Pause Music
(since a lot of people say its because the headphone is very "smart" if u tilt ur head it might think ur sleeping?
Dongle : I only use Bluetooth to connect to the computer and not the dongle
Devices: Its connected to my phone and my laptop but only use one at a time

I am sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with the Poly Voyager Free 60+.
Could you please connect the dongle to the PC and pair the earbuds and try once again and let us know if the issue still persists?
Also please let us know where the earbuds were purchased.

I suppose you're trying to help me rule out a bluetooth direct connection with the device? I can try that and come back to update this weekend. Thank you so much for responding!

Appears that it does not happen when using the dongle and now when I switch back to bluetooth it also does not happen on my Macbook anymore as well. I'm almost in tears!! My last trial is to test on the Android phone and see if the problem goes away for good!! The only thing that changed is that I tried the bluetooth dongle for the first time after the suggestion!

Final test done, this issue no longer happens after I used the dongle for the first time and switch back to bluetooth either on Macbook or my Android phone (Galaxy Fold 5). Yay!
