Poly Voyager Focus 2
macOS 26.0 Tahoe

I found the Sidetone setting from the Poly Lens app, but there is no OFF option. Only LOW and even that is really annoying and picking up high frequencies. I updated the latest firmware, but that did not help. This feature just makes your voice sound like inside tin can and feels like the headset is broken. I tried also to use mic windshield, but it didn't help either.

So this is more of a feature request as well that I'd like to disable this quite useless (for me) feature. Thanks!

Hello @jouniii, Welcome to the HP Poly Support Community.

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the Poly Voyager Focus 2 headset.

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution. We hope our assistance has been helpful!

The sidetone feature on the Poly Voyager Focus 2 cannot be completely disabled; however, it can be adjusted to low, medium, or high levels through the Poly Lens application.

We recommend reviewing other audio settings within the Poly Lens app—such as noise cancellation or audio EQ adjustments—as these may help refine your overall listening experience.

Take care and have an amazing day!
