I am trying to update the BT700 USB-A firmware, however it continues to fail. The current firmware is 0.0.307.2273 and it is trying to update to version 0.0.838.4176.

Hello Stewbie36, welcome to the HP Poly community.
Could you please try installing the Poly Lens application once again and try updating it, else please try in a different PC and let me know if it helps?

Hi Meghana, I have installed the Poly Lens app a couple of times and still cannot update the firmware. I also tried another PC, I ended up with the same result, also tried to re-install the Poly Lens app a couple times on that PC as well. Those steps haven't helped.
