Hi,

My USB bluetooth dongle stopped working.

Whenever I plug it in the USB port of my notebook, the light on the dongle flashes for a second and then turns off.

The dongle isn't recognized by the poly lens software.

Any tips?

Please try connecting the USB adapter to a different device to confirm if the adapter is faulty. If the issue persists then please contact our HP Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link.
