Hi everyone, I have a small but very annoying issue on my poly voyager focus 2 headset. The middle button just works to open microsoft teams. If I click twice it can also play the next music, or 3 times the previous but i cannot just pause my music. I have the issue on my PC with the BT700 dongle but also on my android phone per bluetooth connection. It looks like a software issue isn't it? Can it be fixed with a new release? Or is it any way to turn off the teams functionality to let the other one work?

Here are the instructions:

I don't have the same issue with Jabra Evolve 2 40 or Jabra Elite 7 active : both can pause music and video.

thanks and regards

The issue is related to the provided dongle. I connected my laptop now with the built-in bluetooth to the the headset and I don't have this issue anymore. Two remarks then:

1/ see if it brings any disagreement to use the laptop bluetooth on the long term

2/ i imagine that the issue can bypassed with an update of the dongle software. it will probably come. i had to updated mine when i bought it.
