Poly Voyager Focus 2 headset voice call issue with Fanvil V67

I have a Poly Voyager Focus 2 headset connected to my Fanvil V67 IP phone. When I answer a call, both parties can hear each other, but when I put the caller on hold and then take back the call (off hold) both parties cannot hear each other. Then I tried disconnecting the headset and suddenly we can hear each other again. Is there a compatibility issue with Poly Voyager Focus 2 and Fanvil V67 IP phone?

I am sorry to say that the Poly Voyager Focus 2 is not compatible with the Fanvil V67 IP phone.

From the list of compatible headsets in Fanvil's website trydownfile.aspx (fanvil.com) , there is only Poly Voyager Focus and Poly Focus 2, are they different from Voyager Focus 2 or the same?

based from Fanvil's list of compatible headsets (trydownfile.aspx (fanvil.com)) , the list only have Poly Voyager Focus and Poly Focus 2, are they the same with Poly Voyager Focus 2?
