Every now and then (seemingly randomly) my Poly Voyager Free earbuds case will think I am connected to a call when I am not.  There is nothing coming in through Zoom, Teams or my phone.  So I end up with a constant "beep beep" in the ear buds.

The case shows a call in progress but it will not let me End Call.  Image attached.

They are connected vie BT700 to my macOS and bluetooth to my iPhone.

I currently have

Software Version:
223.430.0.5037
Installed on ear buds and the case.

Is this a known issue and/or is there any way to prevent it happening?  Typically I return the buds to the case and it stops.  But right now that is not even working.

Hello, welcome to the HP Poly community.
Could you please follow the troubleshooting steps provided below and let us know if the issue still persists?
1. Please reset the earbuds to default by clicking on restore to default on the Poly Lens application by connecting the earbuds to the PC. Once done please switch off and switch on the earbuds to save the changes.
2. Also connect to one device at a time and check if the issue persists on both devices, also try checking on any windows and android devices and let us know if the issue persists.

I will try resetting the device to defaults.  I do not have an Android device to test.

As I mainly use these for work calls, I will try disconnecting from the phone as well to try and isolate.

Thank you for the response.  I will update you if it happens again.
