Poly Voyager Free 60+
Android 9.0 Pie

Hello,

I recently purchased a Poly Voyager Free 60+. The audio from streaming services (youtube mainly) is fine under windows 10 and dongle, but very low  from Android 11 and Bluetooth (5.1).    Turned up maximum both from phone and case,  the speech hard to hear in noisy environments (with ANC switched ON or OFF).  Both  the case  (231.991.0.5046) and earpiece ( 231.991.0.5046) have the latest firmware  from poly website.

Anyone else have this problem, what have they done  about it.   I also tried it on an Android 11 tablet, the same low sound levels.    It may be good for a quiet room, but not in many outdoor settings  or  public spaces.

I am sorry to hear that you are facing issues with the Poly Voyager Free 60+.

Could you please follow a few troubleshooting steps mentioned below and let us know if the issue persists?

1. Could you please try it with a different mobile phone?
2. Could you please restore the headset settings to default on the Poly Lens application by connecting the headset to the PC? Once done, please switch off and switch on the headset again to save the changes made.
3. Could you please confirm if the provided USB dongle is connected to the PC?
4. Could you please go to the Poly Lens application and clear all the trusted devices in the settings menu, then re-pair the headset once again and check if the issue still persists?
