Product: Voyager 4320 M UC USB-A
Every time I put my Voyager headset back in it's dock / cradle on my Mac (macOS Ventura) after a call (using MS Teams) the Apple Music app gets opened.
I can't see anything obvious in the Poly Lens app, Apple Music app or macOS itself to allow me to turn-off this behaviour.
Appreciate if anyone has some thoughts on how to prevent this.
Thanks

Hi KG999,
Welcome to HP Poly Community.
Please follow the troubleshooting steps that could resolve the issue:
- Re-pair Device
- Disable sensors.
You can disable your headset smart sensors 2 ways:
- Manage sensors in Poly Lens App.
- Hold both the Mute and Call buttons for more than 4 seconds until the LED flashes purple then red. Repeat to reactivate, the LED flashes purple then blue.
- Ensure your headset firmware is up-to-date.
Did you recently update macOS?
