Mic issues with Poly vFree60 mic

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your Voyager Free 60 headset. I understand how important it is to have your headset working reliably, and I appreciate your patience as we work toward a resolution.
 

To help troubleshoot the issue, I kindly recommend following these steps:
 

  1. Firmware Update
    Please verify and update the headset firmware using the Poly Lens application on your PC.
  2. Audio Settings
    Ensure the headset is set as the default audio device on both your PC and softphone application.
  3. Wearing Sensor Adjustment
    Try resetting or disabling the wearing sensors on the headset.
  4. Device Reset
    Perform a reset of the headset using the Poly Lens application.
