Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Connects to both iPhone and Laptop. Only the left earphone works. Right earphone doesn't work. Microphone on right does work, people can hear me speak.

 

Updated software on both the BT600 and the Voyager 4220 Series. 

Powered down, restarted.  Unsuccessful.  

 

Didn't drop the headset.

Left the headset in the cold, 50 degrees F for 12 hours.

 

Any ideas?

Hello, @ZeroDarkOne1, and welcome to the HP Poly community.

I am sorry to hear that you are facing issues with the Poly Voyager 4220.

Unfortunately, because of leaving the headset in such a cold temperature, the headset might have issues, as the optimum temperature for the headset to work is operating + storage temperature 32°F–104°F/0–40°C.
