Hello,

 

I couldn't find my Voyager 4320 headphones in Bluetooth settings from any mobile device ( Android & iOS). also, I made restore defaults from the poly lens app in Windows 10 but I didn't find it so can anyone help me to solve this issue.

Please note that the headphones work proberly on a laptop.

I am sorry to hear that you are facing issues with the Poly Voyager 4320.

Could you please let us know the make and model of the mobile phone that you are trying to pair the headset with?

 

Could you please follow the provided steps below and pair the headset once again with the headset?
 

Pair with a mobile device

 

1. To put your headset in pair mode, slide and hold the Power switch away from the off position until you hear "pairing" and the headset LEDs flash red and blue. 

2. Activate Bluetooth on your phone and set it to search for new devices. Connect and pair Connect to PC Configure USB adapter Pair with a mobile device 5 

• iPhone Settings > Bluetooth > On 

• Android Settings > Bluetooth on > Scan for devices* 

NOTE: *Menus may vary by device. 3 Select “Poly V43XX Series.” Once successfully paired, you hear “pairing successful,” and the headset LEDs stop flashing. NOTE Your headset can pair with up to 8 devices but only maintain 2 connections simultaneously; this includes the Bluetooth adapter.
