Poly voyager 5200 Bluetooth is not getting recognized on any mobile device. However, I am able to connect desktop to device via BT. I have installed POLY LENS desktop app and updated the software and also did the Factory reset. I have tried all possible combinations of turning bluetooth on/off and device on/off a etc. But still the headset is not getting recognized on any mobile device. Need help.

I am sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with the Poly Voyager 5200. 


Could you please follow a few troubleshooting steps mentioned below and let us know if the issue persists?


1. Could you please try the headset with a different mobile phone?
2. Could you please confirm if you have received the USB dongle, and it is connected to the PC?

1. I tried with couple of other mobiles, but it is not getting recognized on any device.

2. Yes, I have the USB dongle, and it is connected to the PC.

I have problem only with connecting to mobile devices.
