All I want is a contact to find out how to check my warranty for plantronics Bluetooth 5200.

i brought jan 2023 and have been trying to contact re warranty getting no where cut off cases and no email to send. Used to be great service when was the poly website.

the people on other end can not hear me now. I can only hear them is it under warranty I type my serial number in and it says is wrong but it’s not!

Could you please let me know the issue you are facing with the headset so that I can assist you further?

The people can not hear me on the other end now , I can hear them fine though

Could you please follow a few troubleshooting steps mentioned below and let us know if the issue persists?
1. Could you please try it with a different mobile phone or a PC?
2. Could you please connect the headset to the PC and check for any firmware updates and update them if there are any?
3. Could you please restore the headset settings to default on the Poly Lens application by connecting the headset to the PC? Once done, please switch off and switch on the headset again to save the changes made. 
4. Could you please confirm if the provided USB dongle is connected to the PC?
