Had this connected to my desk phone for months with zero problems, came in one day and the desk phone button/light on my base was not lit up, sync button on bottom/front was solid red, charging light was flashing green, and the headset currently will not function or make any noise, even though the light flashes green when on. Downloaded the desktop app, base is detected, no software/firmware updates, attempted connecting headset directly to computer, kept connecting and disconnecting every few seconds, tried unplugging base power and factory reset through app, and tried resyncing headset with base (headset would not respond). Can not get either headset or base to respond/work. PLEASE HELP, using this for work.
