Hello,

I have a Vojager 5200 with charging cradle for a long time. My brother has also been using the same setup for a long time. Both devices have problems with communication for months now. The other party can partly not understand what is said. Parts of sentences are wuasi muffled and not understandable transmitted. As if the noise suppression misinterprets something there. It usually gets better again after switching it off/on. In some forum entries you can read about the same problems and partly deactivating the HD Voice function helped. Sometimes, however, a hardware defect is said to be to blame. Our question is whether it is a basic problem or only a problem in a certain hardware revision. Possibly microphones are defective or the processing board. We considered buying a 5200 again, but we noticed that there are no successors and other manufacturers are now focusing on USB-C. Is it foreseeable that there will be a successor soon? The overall package of the charging cradle and the good quality over a long time at the beginning would make us go back to Poly headsets.

best regards
