To begin, I kindly request you to follow these troubleshooting steps:
 

Check the Charging Case Power
Please ensure the charging case is fully charged. Once you connect the charging case to a power source using the USB cable, press the button on the case to initiate charging. You can refer to the Quick Start Guide for more details: 200059-09_V5200_chargecase_QSG_lo.
 

Verify Firmware via Poly Lens
Connect the charging case to your PC using the USB cable, then open the Poly Lens application. Check for any available firmware updates and install them if prompted.
