Product: Voyager FOCUS2 M
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

I am using a Voyager Focus 2 on macOS Sonoma (no option for Sonoma above) and my headset always thinks it's on an active call. Always flashing red on the headset. I've tried pressing hang up button but it makes no difference. Turning off and on makes no difference. USB-C dongle is also flashing blue (call active). If I disconnect the USB-C dongle the headset stops flashing red, but as soon as I plug the USB-C dongle in it flashes red again.

I am using zoom on my MacBook with the Poly BT700 as default, but even if I shutdown zoom or chose a difference default device it makes no difference.

Hello, @Mickau128128 , Welcome to the HP Poly community.

Please check if there are any background applications running that have the audio permission given and close every application so that if there are any, it could act like an active call and the red light could flash.
