On of my Poly vfree 60 earbuds is missing from one of my cases, but I have a second set of the earbuds where the other is working. Is it possible to move that left earbud over to take the place of the missing one, thus creating one full complete set?

Hi @Kaden16 Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're facing with your Voyager Free 60 earbuds. I understand that you've lost one earbud and are seeking clarification on whether it's possible to use another earbud from a different set to complete your pair. As long as both earbuds are the same model, Voyager Free 60, they should automatically pair with the case, giving you the expected result.

If you continue to experience any issues, I would recommend checking for any firmware updates and performing a reset on the earbuds using the poly lens application on the PC.

If the issue still persists, I would request you contact our HP Support, and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link.
