My company just "upgraded" from the Plantronics Hub software to Poly Lens

Now, I can no longer get incoming calls to ring both, in my headset and thru my desktop speakers (at the same time).  That was a cool feature in the Hub software that I cannot find in the new Poly Lens settings.

I am using a Poly Voyager 4210 headset w/ a BT600 adapter with the Avaya Workplace softphone in Windows 10 Enterprise.

Any ideas??

Hi @Scott_Jorg, Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.

I understand you'd like to use the ringtone feature that was previously available in the Plantronics Hub. Since you've transitioned to the Poly Lens application, that specific feature is currently not available.

Our team is actively working on bringing the full set of functionality from Plantronics Hub into Poly Lens, including the ringtone options, to ensure a more seamless experience going forward.

In the meantime, as a workaround, you can still use the Plantronics Hub application to change the "Ring Location" setting from "Primary Device" to "All Attached Audio Devices". This helps ensure incoming call alerts are heard across all connected devices.

I hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance. If you find the information provided useful or solves your problems, help other users find the solution more easily by giving Kudos/Thumbs Up and marking my post as an Accepted Solution.

I wish I could do that, but my system is fully controlled by our IT Admins and we cannot install our own apps.

They rolled out Poly Lens over the weekend and at the same time retired the Plantronics Hub from our build. I have already 'registered my complaint' with that team.  😉

Just continue to implement all previous features into the Poly Lens platform and I'll wait for the upgrade.

Thanks!
