Voyager Focus 2
Microsoft Windows 11

When plugging headset into charge they switch to wired audio from wireless using the dongle which is annoying while on the phone to the customer as it takes a while to connect back .

Is it possible to added a setting so turn off this switch or to turn on use wireless connection only.  but still charge from cable.

Thank you for your response @visuk

I understand how important it is to use your headset seamlessly during calls while charging. After checking with my resources, I can confirm that when the Voyager Focus 2 headset is in charging mode via USB cable, it defaults to the wired connection, so Bluetooth usage is not available at that time. However, you can charge the headset and take calls using the wired connection. Unfortunately, the Voyager Focus 2 does not currently support simultaneous Bluetooth usage while charging.

I hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance. If you find the information provided useful or solves your problems, help other users find the solution more easily by giving Kudos/Thumbs Up and marking my post as an Accepted Solution.

Hi M_Salman,

thank you for getting back to me. I don't think the head set is broken, more a missing functionality. i.e there is no setting option i was looking for an enhancement request for the next software update. an option to priorities wireless connection even when plugged in to prevent this issues.  my old jabba 75 had this option to ignore wired connection and only charge from this so it stayed on the wireless connection preventing the switchover delay.
