Could you please provide information on the certifications available for the Poly Sync 40?  Specifically, are they certified for Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Cisco Webex, etc.?  Additionally, are there any specific certifications when two Poly Sync 40 units are daisy-chained together?

Hi @Phoebe32, Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.

I understand that you're looking for more information on the Poly Sync 40’s Microsoft Teams and Zoom certification. To assist you, I’ve provided a link to the datasheet below, which should provide the details you're seeking.

Additionally, regarding the daisy-chaining feature, please note that it is a built-in user interface feature of the Poly Sync 40 and does not require separate certification. I hope this clarifies things for you.

If you need any further information, you can also contact our HP Support, and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link.

Thank you for your response.  I appreciate your assistance!

I would also like to confirm that the Poly Sync 40 only holds certifications for Microsoft Teams and Zoom.  Does it not have certifications for Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), Zoom Rooms, Google Meet, etc?

Thank you for your response, @Phoebe32

The PolySync 40 is indeed certified for Microsoft Teams and Zoom, but it does not have certifications for Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) or Zoom Rooms. As for Google Meet, it is generally supported for use as this is a plug-and-play device, but Poly does not specifically list it as a certified platform for the Poly Sync 40.

I hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance. If you find the information provided useful or solves your problems, help other users find the solution more easily by giving Kudos/Thumbs Up and marking my post as an Accepted Solution.
