The serial number on my HP/Poly Voyager 5200 refuses to be accepted as a valid serial number in "Add a Product". Additionally I am unable to find a serial number on the headset charging base to add that product. The base station was not charging at the stand-up external port though the internal port worked fine. I attempted to explain a potential headset and base interface design flaw and customer support directed me to come to this forum to get this information to the appropriate HP Team.

I request you to please reach out to Poly customer support at 800-985-9815 for further warranty and replacement related queries.

Meghana please refer to case number 5112743001 and earlier cases to come up to speed regarding the potential design flaw. I was instructed to come here ads this is not a warranty matter.

Megan thanks for the reply and forwarding information. I am not sure what the notes say or what photos are in the collection of closed cases since July; additionally, whether those notes accurately convey what I found and what steps I have taken to try to troubleshoot why the external port would not charge.
