I can't update my Voyager 5200 to the version 5.17

Hello, @Platz_1989, and welcome to the HP Poly community.

I am sorry to hear that you are facing issues with the Poly Voyager 5200.

Could you please follow a few troubleshooting steps mentioned below and let us know if the issue persists?

 

1. Could you please uninstall the Poly Lens application, reinstall the application, and try updating the firmware of the headset by connecting the headset to the PC via the cable provided?
2. If the above step does not work, kindly uninstall the Poly Lens application, install the Plantronics Hub, and try updating the firmware of the headset.
3. Could you please try updating the firmware on a different PC or even the Poly Lens mobile application?
