The sound on the headset is cutting in and out. Callers complain they are hearing every other work like it is a bad connection. Connection is good, It is updated. We have several others in use in the office and are not having any issue with any of them just the one headset. We tried to troubleshoot cut on and off, swap USB ports, etc but we are still having the issue.

Hello @RebeccaWaller, Welcome to the HP Poly Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

Could you please follow a few troubleshooting steps mentioned below and let us know if the issue persists?

Corded mode (audio over USB):

If your audio is cutting out during softphone calls, you may be experiencing Bluetooth density problems. Improve audio performance by using density-friendly corded mode.

1. Disconnect your Bluetooth USB adapter from your computer

2. Connect your headset directly to your computer with the provided 1.5 m USB cable

3. Power off your headset to use density-friendly corded mode

NOTE: Your headset battery charges while in corded mode.

I hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance. If you find the information provided useful or solves your problems, help other users find the solution more easily by giving Kudos/Thumbs Up and marking my post as an Accepted Solution.

Regards,
Meghana
