Microsoft Windows 11

I have gone through the poly app and have system settings correct.  When I test the volume it is just fine.  Go back to work and the system sounds are so quiet like they are muted and I can barely hear them.  that needs to be corrected.  I need to hear the system sounds to know when I get an important message I need to reply to.

How do I correct this?!
