Hello, 

 

I have an issue with a voyager 4320 headset in which it double beeps every 8-9 seconds and a flashing red light on the outside of the ear piece.  The poly software program says the batter is fully charged when it is connected but I cannot figure out why it is beeping.  Any help?

Hello DerrickH2, welcome to the HP Poly community.
I am sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with the Poly Voyager 4320.
Please try a few troubleshooting steps mentioned below and let us know if it helps. 
1. Could you please install the Poly Lens application and disable the Audio Channel Tone under settings?
2. Could you please restore the settings to default on the application?
3. Could you please check for any firmware updates and update them?

Once done please switch off and switch on the headset to save the changes made.
