Voyager 4320 M UC USB-A

Hello

I have a problem with my Voyaher 4320 headset (firmware 0.0.2132.3254) where occasionally it would "freeze up", disconnect and stop reacting to any input (including power switch where it doesn't give power on/off messages).

The only thing it does in this state is make beeps when presssing "Teams" button on the side. Also when connected to a laptop with USB cable it is being recognized by Windows and Lens app, but there is no sound being output. Resetting the headset using Lens app does nothing. Problem fixes itself after a couple of minutes/hours and everything is fine for few next weeks or months.

Is there a way to force a hard reset of the headset somehow in such situation?

Hi @ppww84, Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.

Kindly verify the headset is set as default under PC and softphone.

Kindly install Poly Lens app and reset the headset.

Kindly verify if there is any firmware update available. If yes, kindly update

Kindly test the headset on different pc and confirm if the same issue occurs.

If the issue still persists, I would request that you contact HP Support, and our support engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:.
