Voyager 4320 "PC Disconnected/Connected" Message driving me Bonkers

Using the included Bluetooth USB adapter, the headphones stay reliably connected but the audio warning sometimes fires off every few seconds.  I can't find the setting (if it exists) to shut her up.  I can quiet her down by using the headphone volume down, but she won't shut up.  

Is this even possible to do?

Please follow these troubleshooting steps to test the headset:

1. Verify and update the firmware using the Poly Lens application on your PC.
2. Ensure the headset is set as the default device on both your PC and softphone.
3. Reset the headset using the Poly Lens application.
