I am running Windows 11 in a VM with Parallels on a Mac (M2 Pro Mac mini).  I am attempting to use the Voyager 5200 for dictation on Dragon Medical One. 

 

The headset intermittently announces "disconnected" and then  10-20 seconds later "PC Connected". This will happen after a few minutes of use. Then seems to keep happening every minute or so. 

 

I have the Poly Lens app installed and drivers up date.

I’m truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you're experiencing with your headset. I completely understand how essential it is for your headset to perform properly, and I appreciate your patience as we work together to resolve this matter.

To assist in troubleshooting, kindly follow these steps:

  1. Verify and update the firmware using the Poly Lens application.
  2. Reset or disable the headset wearing sensors through the Poly Lens application.
  3. Reset the headset using the Poly Lens application.
  4. Ensure the headset is set as the default device for both your PC and softphone.
  5. Confirm that all audio input and output permissions are enabled for the headset in the VM.
