Voyager 5200 UC

My Voyager 5200 UC gradually became useless after a year, but I have gone through all resets, repairing, firmware, etc without success.

 

Problem is the all too common "the person at the other end can't hear me" one.

 

My other headsets work great.

 

The 2-year warranty described online in multiple sellers is denied by HP so I am faced with over 100€ per annum for an earpiece.

 

It is basically impossible to get service via HP now they have taken over Poly, which was the old Plantronics.

 

Perhaps my loyalty to the brand has been misplaced?

 

Anyone have a solution to this kind of issue?
