Voyager 5200 UC

Voyager 5200 charging case goes 'dead'-No LED's regardless of whether connected to PC or USB charger. This is the second new case that this has happened with in about as many months

I'm sorry to learn about the issues you're encountering with the charging case. I recommend trying a different charging cable and power adapter to charge both the case and the headset. Should the case start to charge, please ensure to check and update the firmware for both the headset and the case.

 

Should the issue continue, I recommend contacting HP Support for a replacement if your headset is still under warranty. Our support engineers will be able to assist you further. You can reach HP Support through the provided link.
