I have paired my new Voyager 5200 Bluetooth headset. My laptop states successful pairing and PC connected but I cannot receive sound.  Under the sound option for output and input there is not a listing for the poly voyager 5200. Even though it shows connected under my Bluetooth settings.

I'm sorry to hear that you are facing issues with the Voyager 5200 headset.

 

Please follow the troubleshooting steps below and test the headset:

1. Connect the headset using a USB cable and check if it is recognized in the Poly Lens application. If it is, please verify and update the headset's firmware.
2. Ensure that the default audio drivers are updated on the PC and the headset is set as the default device for both the PC and softphone.
3. Reset the headset using the Poly Lens application.

 

If the issue still persists, I would request that you contact HP Support, and our support engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:

Thanks for the information. I do not have the poly lens application loaded on my Laptop. Is this required to be able to utilize this device
