voyager 6200 uc

Good morning!

 

I have got a Voyager 6200 UC connected to a USB BT600 on Win10 and all the devices has been upgrade to the latest firmware.

 

Now the problem is found. My voice is barely picked up, and the microphone cuts in and out.  All the settings is checked under Win10 and in the Plantronics Hub.  Try to restore microphone operation, but the issues still exists.

 

As a next troubleshooting step, I would like to try flashing an older firmware to the unit, and then flashing the current firmware again, but I can't figure out how to downgrade the firmware in order to do a clean flash.

 

Any advice or guidance would be much appreciated, thanks!

Hello bjacker, welcome to the HP Poly community.
Could you please let me know if you tried the below troubleshooting steps?
1. Could you please restore the settings to default on the Plantronics Hub?
2. Recalibrate your headset sound if your voice sounds muffled on a call or if callers hear your background noise. 
* Power off your headset for 10 seconds 
* Power on headset in a quiet environment
3. Set your target phone by going to Poly Lens Desktop App > Software Settings > Softphone > Target Softphone

Thanks for your reply. Yes I have tried the troubleshooting steps already. But the issue is still existed. Would it possible to load the previous firmware version to the headset? Thanks.
