I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you’re experiencing with your Voyager Focus UC headset. I completely understand how important it is for the headset to function properly, and I appreciate your patience.
 

To assist you in resolving this, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
 

  1. Verify and update the headset firmware using the Poly Lens application.
  2. Ensure the headset is set as the default device within the Poly Lens application.
  3. Perform a reset of the headset through the Poly Lens application.
