Hi @LINK211, Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.

I understand you are encountering issues with the Voyager Focus 2 headset and BT700 adapter. I would like to suggest a few troubleshooting steps for you to test the headset:

1. Restart your phone: Occasionally, a simple restart can fix temporary problems. Please restart your phone to see if it improves how the Teams app manages Bluetooth audio.

2. Unpair and re-pair the headset: Go to the Settings page, select Bluetooth, forget the device, then put the headset back into pairing mode. Scan for devices, and once you see "Poly VFOCUS2," select and connect to it.
NOTE: "Please grant all the permissions requested by the device."

3. Check Bluetooth permissions: Make sure the Teams app has the necessary permissions to use your phone's Bluetooth. Navigate to your phone's Settings > Apps > Teams > Permissions, and ensure Bluetooth permission is active.

4. Try a different Bluetooth device: To pinpoint the issue, connect another Bluetooth device, if possible, and check if the audio routes correctly. This will help determine whether the issue is with the Bluetooth device or the Teams app.

5. Update the Teams app: Check for updates to the Teams app in the App Store or Play Store. The most recent updates usually contain bug fixes and improvements that can resolve Bluetooth audio issues and ensure the Teams application is up-to-date on your PC.

I hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance. If you find the information provided useful or solves your problems, help other users find the solution more easily by giving Kudos/Thumbs Up and marking my post as an Accepted Solution.

Salman
