Poly Voyager Focus 2 Headset

I installed the Poly Lens app for windows and connected my Poly Voyager Focus 2 Headset using bluetooth on the laptop. The headset is connected and seems to be working fine. 

However, it does not show up in the Poly Lens Desktop App.

It does show up under the Windows 11 Bluetooth Connected devices:

I would like to use the Poly Lens app to see battery level and for troubleshooting issues.

Hello Vespa300, welcome to the HP Poly community.
Could you please connect the USB dongle provided with the headset and connect the headset and then check the Poly Lens application if the headset and the dongle are detecting?
Also first please switch off the native Bluetooth of the PC and then connect the USB dongle to the PC and connect the headset.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Poly Lens application.

My headset did not come with the USB dongle. It only came with the base which plugs in to the computer with USB.
