While the Focus 2 is on the charger stand it blinks a blue light 3 times every few seconds. What does this mean and how can I turn off the blinking? It's very distracting.
I tried looking at the user manual but it doesn't mention three blue blinks.

I finally found the answer on page 7 of the user manual. Three blue blinks indicate that the headset is charging and the battery is "high". Two blinks means "medium" and one blink means "low".
I didn't find this in the manual earlier because that part of the manual doesn't use the word "blue", so it didn't show up in a search.
It would be nice if it was possible to disable this blinking.

Hello, @dgladden, and welcome to the HP Poly community.
I am sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with the Poly Voyager Focus 2.
Could you please follow a few troubleshooting steps mentioned below and let us know if the issue persists?
1. Could you please try a headset with a different mobile phone or a PC?
2. Could you please restore the headset settings to default on the Poly Lens application by connecting the headset to the PC? Once done, please switch off and switch on the headset again to save the changes made.
3. Could you please try connecting the BT700 to a different PC?
4. Could you please check for firmware updates and update them in the Poly Lens application?
5. Could you please power drain the headset completely, charge it once again, and switch it on to check if the issue still persists?
Regards,
Meghana

1. Could you please try a headset with a different mobile phone or a PC?
No, I only have one work laptop.
2. Could you please restore the headset settings to default on the Poly Lens application by connecting the headset to the PC? Once done, please switch off and switch on the headset again to save the changes made.
Sorry, I will not install the Poly Lens application on my computer. The last time I did that it corrupted something on MS Teams and made the headset unreliable. The only way to fix the problems was to wipe my hard drive and reinstall everything again. I'll never install Ploy Lens on my computer again.
3. Could you please try connecting the BT700 to a different PC?
No. I only have 1 work laptop.
4. Could you please check for firmware updates and update them in the Poly Lens application?
Firmware has been updated and the headset reset. Issue is still there.
5. Could you please power drain the headset completely, charge it once again, and switch it on to check if the issue still persists?
I'll have to wait for a long weekend before I can do this.
Is it possible to do a factory reset on the headset and also the BT700? I looked for steps on how to do this but so far I cannot find it.
